You retain ownership of the content you upload. AI-generated designs created through Noth are licensed to you for personal or commercial use, unless otherwise stated. You may not claim the Service’s AI model or software as your own.

Payments & Subscriptions

  • Some features require a paid subscription.
  • Prices and plans are displayed clearly on the pricing page.
  • Payments are processed through third-party providers (Paddle).
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Noth to:

  • Create or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Infringe on the rights of others (e.g., copyrighted material you don’t own).
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Reverse-engineer or misuse our technology.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time by following instructions in your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noth and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
